This morning no streaming devices (apple tv, iphone, ipad) will run the libraries or connect

This morning went to use Plex and realised it wont loads the libraries on my players at all. I can see the libraries and run the content on my pc where the server is but any remote local devices wont loads the content. If I go onto app.plex.tv it says that it is “unablle to connec to"DESKTOP” securely. However on the desktop it shows the green padlock sign. The only difference between this week and last is that the IOS apps have updated.

Hope someone can help.

Hi, Are you sure that is the server version (mine is 1.20.0.xxxx for example).

OK, Have you recently upgraded?

People are having issues Live TV and DVR with 1.20.1 so perhaps (if you have just updated) start by downgrading back to 1.20.0 as a first step.

Just updated to 1.20.1.3252 and experiencing the same issues Home tab says “Unreachable” but “TV Shows” and “Movies” tab work file and show the library but not the “Recommended” tab. Can also access via https://app.plex.tv/ No other change apart from update. Please fix.

Also Xbox is not working. The app was updated and now it cannot connect to my server.
