Hello. I am Korean. As an International user, there is serious problem may English users and Developers not know.
This problem does not happen all the time. but it happen sometimes, and I can’t fix it no matter what I tried all. Like bundle organizing. Empty trash. Library Optimizing.
Here is the issue.
When I need to change the title for match I click ‘Fix Mtach’ and I found right one and click.. But the title still remained in English title and metadata.
Some of us has same issue, in here, but its easily neglected and we don’t know how to solve it. so we manually modifiy those Metadata. Pelase. I hope you update this issue.
I have no idea what the solution is but I wanted to help even if in a small way. Just a quick note for anyone who may come in to offer assistance.
I checked “The Movie Database” which is the agent being used to match the metadata per the video that was linked. It does have a translation set for this movie in Korean which includes the translated title as well.
My only question would be is the title locked? In the section where you edit the metadata manually is the lock highlighted? If it isn’t then I have no clue.
Thank you so much for your support. I really appreciate.
About your question “would be is the title locked?” Nope.. not at all.
For the test I moved the video files and scan. and move back and scan. Same result…
But with many trying.. I found out one solution.. If I use the agent ‘Plex Series’ not ‘The Movie Database’. Then they found the title with my language and metadata from The Movie Database also…
I feel like I’m in the twilight zone.
I guess this is good enough now.
