Plex implemented a change on May 11th to make all personal libraries display thumbsnail in landscape aspect ([Implemented] Landscape Grid View (For Personal Libraries)). I would like to request an option to display them in portrait format as I have a huge library with portrait thumbnails that all look really bad reformatted to landscape.
I Have the same exact issue. All movie posters are in portrait format. Why would Plex do this?
