I’m getting this constantly as well.
Having the same issue under Firefox, Internet Explorer doesn’t give me the error message but no sound, so also not a solution.
Next to that in the Plex Player under Windows is Tidal not showing up as well (not implemented yet?)
At this point it is only usable on Android for me, but also didn’t get it working on 3G, yet.
Basically I have a trial period of a month without having the oppertunity to fully enjoy the benefits of Tidal within Plex.
As I’m sitting most of my time in front of the PC during the day, this is now becoming more or less useless for me to use as neither options on the PC are working.
It is hoping that they solve this on a short term notice, otherwise Tidal will be short lived here, while I was serious thinking of giving it the benefit of the doubt in combination with the Plex Pass.
EDIT, just tried Internet Explorer just now but it gives me now the same code as on Firefox
Apparently Android is now also constantly hanging when trying to plays songs, no song just constantly loading, server issue?
are you all using Firefox?
I am using chrome. And IOS.
IOS does not give any error, the player just sits and does the spinning circle.
This may or may not be related to the fact that I keep getting I’m ‘not eligible for this offer’ when attempting to subscribe to plex trial.
Tidal is (or was at the time) linked to my plex account.
As TeknoJunky, I’m using IOS and Android. I’m on the 1 month Tidal trial but will not be renewing at this rate.
my h4 codec problem was apparently related to a different issue with being actually subscribing between plex and tidal.
I was getting the you are not eligible for this offer error.
So I stopped trying.
Then it was posted that error was fixed earlier this past week.
I have now subscribed successfully through plex to tidal and I am getting no further errors.

Same error here on Chrome and on the trial period that I won’t be very obviously not renewing with this type of errors.
