Tidal content not available in Plex

I’ve posted this already but I didn’t have a direct answer. The thing is there’s a lot of content in Tidal that is not available in Plex, a lot of albums and tracks perfectly playable in Tidal but missing or unplayable in Plex.

Can anyone explain why? . I don’t know if this message reach support team but Tidal integration is not working well at least for me.
