the Tidal library hasnt worked for me for a very long time and it used to work.
under accounts it says i have Lifetime Plex Pass + TIDAL HiFi
Subscriptions
and when i go to the tidal library it says
There was an unexpected error loading this library
Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems
Have you tried to unlink your Tidal account and then re-link it again here: https://plex.tv/users/other-services
i think many of us have tried this. this is the only thing y’all can suggest? my tidal library has been broken for weeks now and unlinking and relinking my library does absolutely nothing.
When did you subscribe to Tidal?
When did you link your Tidal account to plex the first time?
Did you restart your plex server since linking the account?
ive been a tidal member since it launched in 2014.
we have done all of those things.
it is not user error. it’s y’all’s program.
