Tidal Link not working

Hi there: I have just linked my Tidal account to Plex, by following the steps required to transfer a Tidal subscription to Plex. Seems to have worked (see the screenshot below). Some features are working. For example, I can see my Tidal Library in the Tidal Screen. But the tracks won’t play.

Does the transfer take a while to take effect?

I’m having an similar issue and can’t seem to find a response on the forums. My account is also linked without issue but can’t actually use the service

Count me in as another having the playback issue. (It sometimes feels as if I spend more time submitting issues on this board than I do using Plex itself.)
