Albums playable on Tidal.com, but not through Plex

I have a Plex Pass and a Tidal subscription through Plex. However, I’ve had this situation creep up a lot lately. Albums appear on Tidal.com, and play fine the Tidal app or the Tidal website. The albums also show up in the Plex view of Tidal. BUT, they won’t actually play from the Plex web app or the iOS platform. I’m using the Plex web app (https://app.plex.tv/desktop) in Google Chrome.
