I use my iPhone to stream music from Plex. I can listen to my own music on my server just fine, however using Tidal thru Plex only allows me to listen to music in 30-second “Preview”. I use Tidal thru the proper Tidal app and it is fine. Has anybody dealt with this?

I initially set it up properly and it worked. I will look to see it it has unlinked.
I have been having this same issue for the past couple of months. It used to work and then all of the sudden I only get previews. My account states “Yearly Plex Pass + Tidal HIFI” and my subscriptions are up to date.
I had this issue also. I’d reset my TIDAL password recently, so that may have caused the problem.
To fix the issue, you can re-link your TIDAL account by selecting Account from your avatar in the top right of the web client:
Then click Other Services :
Then in the next screen you can link or unlink your TIDAL account.

Have the same issue. Tidal is playing full tracksin Plex/web on my iPad, it is however only playing the 30 sec previews on the same iPad using the iOS app. Tidal itself on the iPad works correct. All accounts are linked properly and the apps and servers have already been restarted. Looks like a plex for iOS bug to me. Can anyone else check and confirm or deny?
I‘m using the HiFi version in case that matters.

I am having the same problem but on a pixel 2xl. I don’t think it is an ios thing.
