I’ve noticed the automatic time-shift feature when running live tv on some apps. Pretty cool. However, I don’t seem to be able to set the location where to store those recordings, or even turn this feature off altogether.
I run PMS on a Linux box with a small hard drive, as all the actual media files are stored across the network on a NFS share. I was watching the Olympics yesterday and noticed later that the Roku app offered me to start the program from the beginning. Indeed quite a bit of time was available for replay. Are there settings for time-shift anywhere to specify the recording location? With scheduled recordings, it lets me pick the library.
