Title and sort title disappears from metadata after clicking on file thumbnail to read info?

When using my iPhone or iPad Plex app, the “title” and “sort title” information disappears from the file, after I click on the file thumbnail image. The file then gets sorted to the top of the library, with no name assigned to the file.

It makes these same changes on my Plex server web app, as well as across all of my Plex apps on every device. It happens when using any Plex app connected to my Plex server. It always happens when any movie file thumbnail is clicked to read about the movies. The file “title” and "sort title"metadata information on the thumbnail, just disappears and the file blinks one time and jumps to the start of the library - with no name associated with it. Only the year metadata remains.

I can repair the file by selecting “Fix Match” option. But ANY file that I look at (including the fixed thumbnail), will still lose the “title” and “sort title” metadata when selected for viewing. Then, it will jump to the top of the library and need the “fix match” again. In short, it isn’t a permanent fix.

It is now December 20, 2022 and I was hoping that it would be fixed by now. The issue started within the last couple of months after the last update. I’ve looked but I can’t find anyone else with this problem. It is a problem that I’ve never seen before. I’m hoping that there is a fix for this problem, because it is impossible to look at a thumbnail without removing the “title” and “sort title” metadata now.
