I recently added an album that did retrieve any metadata, so updated the album title and tried to do a match. As you can see from the screen-shot a correct match is found and i select this. Much of the album metadata is updated, however the track information is not updated. I tired to to a refresh on the album after selecting the match, but still the tracks only shows Track01 etc. Is there any way to automatically update the track info based on the match or do I have to edit it manually?
Settings - Server - Agents - Albums
is ‘Plex Premum Music’ in the topmost position here?
In the properties of your music library, tab ‘Advanced’
is the checkbox ‘Use embedded tags’ not filled?
The best/most thorough solution though would be to correct your album’s metadata.
Once they have the proper info embedded you can also rename the files themselves.

Plex Premium Music is on the top of Agent list.
The ‘Use embedded tags’ is NOT filled for the music library in question.
Can this have something to do with the matter that they are FLAC files?
Try a refresh of the whole Artist (James Horner).
