Trailers added to the library don't show up in clients

I have many movies in my library which have trailers saved in the “Trailers” folder but they don’t show up in the client. I tried also to refresh the library but they still don’t show up in the client.

The plex media scanner analysis log file is full of these errors:
Apr 14, 2021 23:46:55.678 [1192] ERROR - [FFMPEG] - Invalid NAL unit size (0 > 1199).
Apr 14, 2021 23:46:55.678 [1192] ERROR - [FFMPEG] - Error splitting the input into NAL units.

They have to be in the same folder as the title

Thanks for the reply, I don’t know what do you mean with “in the same folder as the title”, because I don’t understand what do you mean with “title”.
Anyway, the trailers are stored exactly as plex says, inside a sub-folder named “Trailers”:

MyMovieABC
+-MyMovieABC.mp4
+-Trailers
  +-MyMovieABCTrailer1.mp4
  +-MyMovieABCTrailer2.mp4

Anyway it was working before and now it works only with 10% of the trailers

By title I mean any movie or tv show. Edit your library > advanced and check “Use local assets” and then refresh metadata for one of your movies
