Trailers is unavailable. Try again later. Windows 8.1 x64

I know this is posted all the time, but I haven't been able to find a solution that works.

I've regenerated the certificates and recreated the profile on the aTV several times, tried rebooting the PMS/PlexConnect box, rebooted the aTV, etc. I can see that PlexConnect is intercepting DNS requests. Plex is definitely running, and I can play media from other devices.

I've set an absolute path to the cert files already as a troubleshooting step, and manually specified the PMS IP address to avoid any weirdness there. Is there a configuration step in Plex itself that I've missed or something?

Thanks!

Sorry it took me so long to update: problem appears to have been caused by my server being unable to route traffic back to the WLAN properly because of a virtual access point I'd previously configured for some work-related stuff. Long story short, was my own damn fault and it's fixed now.

Thanks!
