my parents vizio (remote play) seemed to have the trailer button last week(went for a visit) but none of mine (local play) excluding in browser has been missing for a few weeks. I have lifetime plex pass so I wasn’t sure if i may have messed up a setting i wasn’t seeing or something. If it wasn’t doing it to mainstream popular newer movies i would have just brushed it off but it seems like they are all having the same issue. I don’t store any trailers locally as with plex pass did a good job of it. I’ve been through all the places in settings however I’ve been known to overlook the obvious before.
