I am having issues recording multiple shows when they begin at the same time. One of the shows will record just fine, however the other will fail with a transcoder error. I have watched this happen multiple times as the 2 shows come on at the same time on different channels each day. I can’t see a pattern on which show will fail to record. If I manually begin the recording again after it fails, the show works just fine, leaving me to believe that this is related to beginning 2 recordings at the same time.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix?
Update: For the time being I have changed one of the shows to start recording 1 minute earlier, which allows both to record. This is not a permanent fix though since I can’t do this for all conflicts.
