Transcoding error at end of movie dispite it being direct play

I have my Plex server running on a Libra Computer Board AML-S905X-CC 2GB. I realized that the CPU is not powerful enough to transcode, but it seems sufficient for Direct Play.

I have fixed my library so every movie is H.265 on an MP4 container. I double check the Playbavk info shows Direct Play, but very often 8/10 times) it will give a playback error about 10 minutes from the End of the movie says transcoding failed.

Anything I can look at to better understand what causes this error and how to fix it?

Do you notice a difference between videos that have subtitles enabled and those which don’t?

You’re on a Samsung TV so I’d look in this thread to see if you are having the same trouble

It sounds similar to me but you’ll have to verify
