Transcoding out of the network in SD - help!

Hello all,

I’m just trying (for the first time) to stream my Plex library outside of my home, so this is all new to me.

Everything is streaming in SD on my Apple TV. I had a free trial for Plex Pass that I believe has expired.

Is HD only a product of Plex Pass?
How can I get HD quality outside of my network?

Player Version#: 7.19
