Transferring A donwloaded file from Ipad to pc

I have a file downloaded on my iPad that I need to share/download back to my PC, I don’t necessarily have to do it with plex and application or method will do.

There’s no means to do that using the Plex app. I’m not aware of other apps/tools being able to access data inside the Plex app’s context/sandbox on your iPad.

I’m afraid Plex doesn’t allow for any form of access to downloaded content to share further.

This is possible on other Third Party clients if this is a must do.

Thanks i was under the impression I could turn my iPad into its own server than point my PC at that and download from there, but doesn’t seem possible.
