on FreeNAS Version: 11.2-U8

I can’t for the life of me figure out what is going on with one specific series on my Plex server. The series in question is Season 2 of “The Unicorn”. No matter what I try Plex simply will not acknowledge that the folder exists in my library. I’ve tried the Plex Dance (remove from folder, scan library, optimize database, clean bundles, empty trash, put back in folder, scan library) which did not work.
I use FileBot to organize my files, so I know I have the naming conventions correct, but for reference it appears as:
//TV Shows\The Unicorn\Season 02\The Unicorn - S02E13 - Put Your Mask on First.mkv
As far as I can tell there have not been any other files that have caused a problem outside of this one season/folder of this series. There is nothing special about this folder or these files, and I have tons of other files with the exact same formatting working perfectly fine. Even season 1 of the same series is fine.
Has anyone else experienced an especially stubborn file or folder like this? Any suggestions on what else I can try to make the episodes appear in my library?

EDIT: I was using Absolutely Series Scanner on the library, but after browsing some other topics here I decided to try changing to the Plex TV Series Scanner, and doing so made it show the files almost instantly. Still super confused by what would cause that specific folder to have a problem on Absolute Series Scanner when everything else worked fine, but I guess my issue is solved now?
