Trouble setting up port forwarding

I have been unable to set up port forwarding. Able do do so two years ago but have a new computer and just can’t do it. I have read all I can find and watched youtube but am lost.

I have an ATT Arris NVG599 router. Plex states remote access “Not available outside your network”. It was not able to automatically set up port forwarding. I went to NAT/Gaming on my router and it says REMOTE ACCESS IS CURRENTLY ENABLED. It shows Plex Remote Access as the hosted application. I understand it should also have Plex as a hosted application. *Plex showed up in the Application Hosting Entry as a service but when I try to add it I get this
