I am stumped on a series of things and I cannot figure out how to solve any of them.
Here are the problems:
- Local posters are no longer showing up when I go to edit the Metadata for a newly added movie or TV show. No agents have changed, no permissions were updated, and I’ve tried cleaning bundles/refreshing metadata/emptying trash etc…
- I recently discovered that one of my TV shows was missing a season despite that season being on the server, correctly named, organized, etc… I did the plex dance and that restored the season - however, one of the episodes is not showing up.
- Not a server issue i suppose but putting it here anyway - i run an updated nvidia shield (2019) with an updated version of the app - no matter what version i’ve had - Plex always seems to have problems with keeping information up to date. For example, it will show episodes that have been played to completion in on deck.
Any ideas on what to do? These are super frustrating but not major problems i know.

UPDATE: Apparently the 2 episodes from Season 7 are showing up as speccials - i have no idea why - they are stored in season 07 and named properly.
