Trouble with movies in subfolders

Makes sense if you know that’s the Plexweb Version…lol

Regular Joe User doesn’t look farther down the page than that - but the server version is under “General”.

I only have this to add on the folder problem. IF those MP4 files have embedded metadata - that could cause all sorts of pain and suffering.

Move Local Media Assets to the bottom of the stack of active agents under ALL tabs in Shows and Movies thusly:

Red: where it was
Green: where it goes

then ‘Refresh Metadata’ or ‘Plex Dance’:

The purpose of this is to remove all cached metadata and xml data for an item that Plex usually keeps.
