Trouble with remote access reseting

Anyone else solved this issue?: my media server says unavailable outside of my network. I’ve followed the tips and videos to manually specify an ip and port in the nvidia shield and my router. ive gone on the plex site to set the port. It says its ok but if i refresh the page or leave it for a minute it says unavailable again.

When it goes green it’s just Plex testing the connection. If it falls back to red it was never really working

Common problems are vpn’s, firewalls, anti-virus or some type of security features in the router itself
