I keep getting this error and I don’t know what it means. Basically, it says “Failure: 10009 - The file handle supplied is not valid”. I don’t know where to start looking. However, this triggers a Tautulli alert saying my server is down. It happens multiple times a day. I don’t know if it is affecting access to the server because it is so brief that I believe that when you are watching something, the buffer just hides the fact that the server was down for a very short period of time. However, there are times when I am watching something and suddenly the player pauses and buffers from a few seconds and then continues. I don’t see anything of relevance in my Windows Event Viewer.
On Tautulli, the log briefly says that plex.tv cannot reach my server but on the next probe it reaches it just fine.
This log below is from Plex console and it coincides with the Tautulli alert I receive. See line #6 and #7 below.
