Trying to add movie but plex still isn’t seeing it

I’ve been trying to upload Thir13en Ghost but for some reason when I scan movies to update library plex will show it saw it but then doesn’t add the file. I’ve tried soooo many ways to tittle it
Thir13en Ghost 2001 , Thir13en Ghost (2001), Thir13en Ghost (2001).mkv, I’ve tried with the imdb number and tmdb I have no idea what to do at this point. What am I doing wrong? Why can’t it get added to the library. This is the first time i’ve run into this problem. Please help this is driving me crazy.

Sort for duplicates in case it has been combined with another movie.

Plex Dance the movie to remove any incorrect information from the Plex database.

This matches immediately on my server:

/movies  <-- folder added to Plex library
  /Thir13en Ghosts (2001)
    /Thir13en Ghosts (2001).mkv

If using the IMDB/TMDB ID, be sure to use curly braces, { }:

/movies  <-- folder added to Plex library
  /Thir13en Ghosts (2001) {imdb-tt0245674}
    /Thir13en Ghosts (2001) {imdb-tt0245674}.mkv

I had it that way as well I just removed all the files off the hard drive and My computer did other files than randomly tried again (same formate) and worked. Think plex just hated me for a while.
