Trying to fix episode shift in Star Trek voyager

I am trying to fix episode number issue with star trek voyager. Cant find where it gets the wrong data. thetvdb shows it correctly. Even if I manualy rename the episodes the episode image is still wrong. Any tips on how to correct this? The file names are correct.

  1. ensure that the agent of this library is named “Plex Series”
  2. go to the top level of that show (easiest by clicking of the show’s title)
  3. edit the show, go to the Advanced tab
  4. set Episode Ordering to “TheTVDB (Aired)”
  5. Refresh Metadata of the whole show

Yeah, Plex uses TMDB by default for episode ordering, not TVDB. It’s hidden within a menu in either the Edit > Library section (changes the episode ordering for EVERY show) or on a show-by-show basis by editing the show itself.
