I had this exact same issue, along with similar version numbers and fixed it by turning on allow insecure connections.

I found that, if you change “Secure Connection” (Settings > Network) to Disabled, save and remove Authorization from your device, then go in your TV and try to find the server again, will work.

I had the same problem with the same TV (Sony Bravia AndroidTV) today and after a lot of tries, i find this solution. I hope that work for you.
