TV crashes when watching movie with Plex server on DS718+

Hi,
i have been running Plex on my Windows PC for about 4 years with the same TV. Everything was well. Recently i purchased a Synology DS718+ NAS and started running my server from the NAS.

The problem is that when i am watching a movie with Plex, about every hour or so my TV crashes (also turns off the A/V receiver).

I only have the logs from the Plex server on the NAS. Is it possible and required to get the logs from the TV as well?

What could be the problem, what could i try to resolve the issue?

Hi. Could additional RAM or purcasing of the Plex pass help resolve the issue perhaps? Since it is the TV that is crashing then likely not?
