TV library not showing content added on new media server

I just setup my media server and added a movie library with movies as mp4s on a dedicated folder on my PC. The movies showed up right away on the player and there were no issues. I wanted to try adding a TV series. I added one episode to the Movie library and it showed up right away and played as expected. Then I realized I should add a TV library so they are not mixed with movies. I added a TV library the same way as I added my Movie library and selected a dedicated folder for TV content. However I have been adding episodes into the folder and rescanning the library but the TV library is still showing as empty. For my general settings, debug logging is on and verbose logging is off. Is there something obvious I am missing? I have the episodes also in MP4 format like my movies and like I said, the episode showed up right away when I added it to my movie library. Thanks in advance

TV shows can be a little bit more tricky when it comes naming them.

Plex will not add files it doesn’t recognizes as tv show episodes.
File naming / folder structure should look like this:

TV Shows    <- the folder linked to your Plex tv-show library
  Show Name
    Season 01
      Show Name - s01e01 - optional episode title.ext
      Show Name - s01e02.ext   <- no need to add the episode name
      Show Name - s01e03.ext
      ...

Where .ext is the file extension.
