im running a plex server on unraid (so docker) i have added a tv show (from the earth to the moon) to my library however of the 12 total episodes, 3 have been added tv shows, the remaining 9 episodes have been added as movies all the episodes are stored within my tv folder
/media/tv
i cant seem to find a way to fix this.
i have removed the files and removed from plex, then copied the files back in and the same thing happens.
anyone got any ideas?
If they are appearing in a Movies library, then that library is configured to scan /media/tv.
Edit the library and verify the added folders. Remove any that scan /media, /media/tv, or other incorrect locations.
i have removed both of my libraries from plex, then re added just the tv shows.
its only pulled in the same 3 episodes of the show.
any ideas?

that solved it, was wierd that plex split the series as part movies and part tv though. all sorted. thanks for the help
