TV listings not updating overnight mostly for BBC. Full refresh suceeds

Every week the TV Guide fails to update for mostly just the BBC channels - ITV ones seem fine
A full refresh
Settings>Manage>Live TV & DVR> Refresh Guide gets all the listings in

But the nightly maintenance/update continues to fail most night

I have turned full logging on and attached the logs
Also screenshot of what is typically showing in the guide for a few days out onwards

Any additional information required let me know

Windows 10 1809 and all current patches/updates
Plex Version 1.15.3.876

From a teeny bit of hunting and not sure if this is the right area - but looking in
Plex Media Server.1.log
Apr 22, 2019 04:17:47.462 [0756] DEBUG - EPG[onconnect]: Step 1/84 (2019-04-22T00:00Z) (network: 20.9 sec, database: 28.6 sec total: 31.5 sec)

Gets up to about 5% and then jumps to 100% with lots of
DEBUG - EPG[onconnect]: Step 36/84: skipping chunk for incremental loading
from step 5 up to step 84 in between

Seems similar on other nights

Can anyone provide some help here - still happeneing now on version 1.15.4.993
