TV MP4 Embedded Metadata Ignored

All of a sudden Plex is ignoring the Name tag in MP4 files with embedded metadata. It’s also ignoring the Release Date tag, though that’s been the case for a while. This is on the latest server version, using the Plex TV Series for the Scanner/Agent, and “Prefer Local Metadata” is checked for the library settings.

I can confirm that other embedded info (like Description and backdrop image) are overriding what gets pulled from TMDB, it appears to be strictly the Name and Release Date fields that are getting ignored by Plex.
