TV sees movies but not tv series

I’ve setup Plex at home, and having a bit of an issue with it seeing all content.

I have one shared folder called “movies”, to keep it simple, and within that are other folders.

Plex on the tv will see all movies, but it won’t see any individual series episodes.

I’ve checked and the suggestion is that naming convention might be an issue, but I can’t see any difference from what they suggest, and was wondering what you thought.

Movie title - Inside Man (2006).mp4, Roman J Israel Esq (2017).mkv
sees this sort of title.

Tv show episodes - Fringe S02E01 A New Day in the Old Town (1080p x265 Joy).mp4
The Blacklist S07E15 Gordon Kemp (No 158).mkv

It won’t see any of these on the tv.

Any thoughts?

Bad file structure as well as naming!

You need two different libraries, one for movies, and one for shows

And naming/structure needs to be as:
