Alright, so I did as you suggested and followed the Plex Dance…and it worked…on two other shows…but not for Band of Brothers. However, I tried un-matching it, and when when matching it again I actually discovered that there were to identical sources; one that did not download artwork…and one that did 
So now I have artwork on all my series. Thanks!
