Strange. Can you try just 1 episode of B99? I had tested with just the first episode.
I’m wondering if there is a specific episode preventing the rest from working.
Even single episodes dont pull.
I understand that, but it is possible that 1 failure could prevent all from showing. Please trying adding just the first episode and see if that works.

Well I am stumped. I am able to retrieve the metadata so it exists at the source. You indicated you do get data for other shows so the system itself appears to be working. Your logs indicate that your server matched the show properly and obtained the data, so I am at a lost as to why it does not appear.
The last thing I can suggest is to manually rematch the show using the TheMovieDB agent instead of TheTVDB.
A similar phenomenon happened to me.
My environment is built by Plex Media Server Plugin of FreeNAS.
Server version: 1.14.1.5488
Web client version: 3.77.4
