TV show labeling problem

Hi, Windows 10 Server running Plex, I have a bunch of Marvel shows and on my server it looks like this:

Question is why are they all correct except for the 1st one? Runaways? Instead of saying ‘Marvel’s’ it says ‘Marvel’s’,

I don’t understand what’s wrong with it because folder structure is identical to all the other shows on my server and file naming is fine too as that’s handled by FileBot, it looks like this:

looks more like a display glitch… the shows are all similarly named in TheTVDb.com with the Marvel's prefix being spelled exactly the same, also using the exact same '. The gibberish ' is supposed to display exactly as that '.

Do you get the same glitch with different browsers or after confirming the page is encoded as Unicode or UTF-8?

It’s a server issue not a browser problem because on my Plex Client (smart TV) it’s the same.

  1. https://support.plex.tv/articles/202967376-clearing-plugin-channel-agent-http-caches/

  2. Go to

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB

In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Repeat the same under

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheMovieDatabase
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
  1. Plex Dance the whole show

…THIS worked. Lol, I didn’t do the ‘plex dance’ thing, instead I just did a fix match on the show and that pretty much did the same thing, thanks.

Are all files of ‘Runaways’ MKV’s?
Or is there one mp4 /m4v file among them?

Unsure now, finished the show earlier and deleted that copy, lol…wanted to know cuz the answer cuz it wasn’t the 1st time I’ve seen this happen so now I know how to fix it for next time, thanks.
