Been searching for a while this morning until I’ve gone cross-eyed, so I’m hoping someone will be able to come to the rescue.
I have my data stored on an Asustor NAS and I recently started adding TV shows. Previously when I had everything on my home PC, all the local meda assets were fine. But I noticed that they were not displaying correctly after moving them to the NAS. The “show” poster is correct but the “season” poster is not.
Here is an example directory structure:
\NASName\nvidia_shield\Media\TV Shows\Better Call Saul\
In that directory:
Season 01
show.jpg
In the “Season 01” folder:
Better Call Saul (2015) - S01E01 - Uno [TV-MA, SD].mkv
Better Call Saul (2015) - S01E01 - Uno [TV-MA, SD].nfo
Season01.jpg
As I mentioned, the “show” poster is fine, but the displayed poster is from TheTVDB instead of what I put in the directory.

I have confirmed that under Settings/Agents/Shows, each of the three sub-options has Local Media Assets (TV) as the topmost item

I have done the Plex Dance ad nauseum, even going so far as deleting the TV Shows library and re-creating it (using the Agent of TheTVDB).
It’s probably something very simple that I’m overlooking but I’m at my wits’ end.
