Hi, I just added Batman The Animated Series to my library. It shows as the correct series and Seasons, but all of the episode information is completely wrong. Is there a way to fix this? For example Season 1 Episode 1 is “On Leather Wings)” but Plex has labeled it “The Cat and the Claw (1)” which is Season 1 Episode 15. Will getting Plex Pass grant the option to fix matches on individual episodes?
Check the aired vs dvd ordering at TVDB. Find the one that matches your episodes (appears to be the DVD order).
Edit the show and select the appropriate ordering.
- At the show level (not season or episode) select the pencil icon.
- Advanced
- Episode Ordering (select desired ordering).
- Refresh metadata if Plex does not do so automatically.
Note: You can also change default ordering at the library level. Edit the Library → Advanced → Episode Ordering
