Had a copy of “The Falcon and the Snowman” and ell of the metadata was correct. I then replaced the files with a better version and now Plex Agent claims that the show can’t be found. I tried to chage the agent for that show and was given no other options. I then I tried to change the agent globally but can no longer find that option.
Ideas?

So here’s another one. I have the Beatles movie “Let it Be” in two formats, but otherwise the filenames are identical (One is in DV and 4K so those labels are in “[DV]” and “[4K]”). The 4K one I just added, same problem, but the original is showing fine…but if I attempt to “Fix” the match I see nothing available. Match is showing only one possible agent (Plex Agent) and it keeps saying that the item can’t be found.
This is a very new problem. I will ask again…how do I change to another agent since the Plex Agent seems to be having issues?
Please enable debug server logs (NOT “verbose” logs)
stop and restart Plex server
Recreate the issue
fetch the server logs
post them here.
