TV show not naming correctly at all

Those MP4s have embedded Title Fields and Plex is PREFERING those bogus Titles over (what looks like) good file names and (perhaps) structures.

Move Local Media Assets to the bottom of the stack of active agents under ALL tabs in Shows and Movies:

Red: where it was
Green: where it goes

Refresh Metadata - at the show level - should get you going, but if not, The Plex Dance will:

The purpose of this is to remove all cached metadata and xml data for an item that Plex usually keeps. Note:
When you (or someone) ripped those items with MakeMKV - you (or someone) left those Title Fields intact and now they’re just being cloned in everything you (or someone) creates.

It’s way easier to remove those Title Fields than messing around with them afterwards, but it’s even easier than that to make Plex stop reading and reacting to them.
