Also, once you’ve corrected your naming, you’ll likely need to move “Local Media Assets” down in priority in your agent configuration. By default, TV show libraries use TheTVDB. So, in Settings -> Agents -> Shows -> TheTVDB, move Local Media Assets down so that it is the last enabled source in the list:
If you’re using The Movie Database instead, make the change there.
Finally, you may need to perform the Plex Dance to get it to reorganize things.
