I’ve seen this asked elsewhere but I’ve never been able to get this answered. I was adding TV shows, the first few worked just fine in terms of downloading posters for the series and for each season. Now all I get is metadata, no posters. The series play just fine, but what gives on the posters? I’m running the latest server version.
Looks as if VPNs and peer blocks can cause problems here. Once I shut both off, fixed the match (even though it was properly matched in the first place), it immediately started to retrieve the posters and now all seems well.
