TV Shows not loading images, but other meta data does load. I am using Linux Mint 18.3, and have been using Linux Mint for three years now. I updated to 18.3 two weeks ago with no problems until two days ago. It was working in the morning, but later that day it just stopped. Movies work fine, but not TV. The naming is correct. I am pretty sure I updated the certificates (I am only ok at troubleshooting Linux), and I even checked the certificate for The TVDB and it says it is good until Oct2018. Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
TheTVDB API is down at the moment. Already been posted about this issue in the forums as of late.
MindTooth - Thank you so much! I must have missed that when searching for my issue. I wonder now if all my tinkering will cause a true issue once TVDB is up again. LOL
You can just switch the agent, then it will be fine
Switch to:
Shows>TheTVDB = The Movie Database
&
Shows>The Movie Database = The Movie Database
Is there an official link that shows tvdb api is down?
I have media center master, tinymediamanager and Emby all setup to use tvdb, these have no issue matching and downloading all data
Only Plex has issues with images
According to TVDB’s Facebook page they pushed an API Fix on June 1st, but I’m still having issues even this morning from a plex.tv URL as seen in these errors:
