Same here. I just updated to server version 1.19.2.2702, but the problem remains - the Plex app for (older) Samsung TVs (non-Tizen) cannot browse the PMS library (it doesn’t display the library contents nor even allows to browse the different library sections).
However, it can still play content if I cast it from the mobile app for instance - and the controls are fully functional during playback.
Although this is a lesser evil, it is not the most practical way to browse and select the content to be played from the small screen… especially when it’s the kids trying to use Plex!
Tenho o mesmo problema. Acabei de actualizar o servidor para a versão 1.19.2.2702, mas o problema permanece - a aplicação Plex para TVs Samsung (mais velhas - não-Tizen) não consegue navegar a biblioteca PMS (não mostra nem os conteúdos da bibiloteca, nem sequer permite navegar para outras secções da biblioteca).
No entanto, ainda consegue reproduzir conteúdo se o transmitir por exemplo da aplicação para telemóvel - e os controlos estão completamente funcionais durante a reprodução.
Apesar de isto ser um mal menor, não é a forma mais prática de navegar e seleccionar o conteúdo a ser reproduzido a partir do ecrã pequeno… principalmente quando são os miúdos a tentar usar o Plex!
