Tv Theme sound only on PC

Hello,

I hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy during these unprecedented times.

I have an issue with ONE TV show called ‘Little Britain’ - it’s theme tune plays just fine on my PC but on my iOS devices (iPad ATV IPhone) that one particular show does not have a theme tune. All other TV show themes work just fine everywhere it’s only that one show.

I’m a Plex premium user.
Plex on WDPR2100 NAS
Plex on Windows 10 PC
PLEX on AppleTV
Plex on iPad
Plex on iPhone

ALL devices software/operating system and Plex versions are the latest and current versions across all devices.

Any ideas?

Edit: I found and downloaded a 30 second clip and named it ‘Theme.mp3’ and included it in each seasons folder. Still nothing!

I’m not sure on why 1 theme wouldn’t work, but Plex doesn’t support separate Season themes, only a single Show theme. You need to put that theme file at the show level.

Moved theme file to show level. Still no sound on ios devices - this is so frustrating!
