Working for me now. Had to shut down PMS and clear TVDB cache, then do the Plex Dance.

Working for me now as well. Just had to do a restart of PMS… the hint was that no new entries were in the com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb.log file though I tried a fresh refresh meta data. Looks like the agent process died. Didn’t think to look at the processes before doing the ./plex.sh stop.
Can anyone confirm that TVDB is working now? Even after a cache clear, PMS restart I am still not getting updates.
From the forums it is still a bit flaky in some regions, I’m in Australia and it’s good

I have also been having issues with TVDB metadata and Plex. After adding a bunch of shows and assuming that none would have metadata, I was surprised to see that some new shows had managed to retrieve metadata. Upon closer inspection, it was obvious that only shows which had one-word had successfully done so.
I am guessing this is why some people reported success with TVDB metadata and others had no luck. For what it’s worth, the shows failing to retrieve metadata are all returning 404 errors in the Plex logs.

i;ve opened the same discussion, so yeah it’s not working… hoping for a quick solution…i’ve been using TheMovieDatabase to lock in the TV Shows
