Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e and 1.41.4.9463-630c9f557
tl;dr: I have two different installations of Plex server on my TrueNAS 24.04 system, both pointing to the same data. One sees my entire library of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (13 seasons plus specials), while the other sees only four episodes in Season 2 (Eps 1, 3, 5, and 6).
The first installation is of the first version above (1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e), installed via TrueCharts, using the last version of their Helm chart from around nine months ago. The second is of the second version listed (1.41.4.9463-630c9f557), running via Docker Compose using the official Docker image (plexinc/pms-docker:latest).
Checking the “Get info” through the web client, here’s the XML from an episode that the second system sees:

I find no mention of the second file anywhere in the logs of the second installation, even after triggering a library scan. I believe the file/directory structure is appropriate:

I note that the episodes recognized by the second installation have their own directories, with subdirectories of Plex Versions, though the files in those directories don’t appear to be the ones that are being used by that installation of the server. I don’t see those directories present for any other episode.
I’m kind of at a loss for where to look next–any suggestions?
