So plex is seeing files, and is processing them. From the logs I have I am seeing episodes from Season 0, 1, 4. along with REPLAY which doesnt follow the naming standards.
I would try stopping/starting Plex, doing the Plex Dance on the show and then uploading a fresh copy of your logs (The logs you uploaded do not contain the startup sequence ) I also suspect you have permissions issues:
