Two servers on same network but one is missing files

I have two servers, one on a i5 desktop and the other on a QNAP NAS in docker running on the same network. I copied the the database from the i5 to the QNAP and they both point to the same location for the libraries. The QNAP is missing a handful of files that the other server is finding. I’ve tried optimizing, cleaning, and emptying the trash, as well as renaming the files and it still won’t find them. Any ideas?

Do the Plex Dance on one of the files missing, and after that, upload a zip with the logs

I must not have done the dance properly the first time, did it again and they were found. Thanks for the link.
